Avenue Coffee House

In 1996, "The Bank" announced it will be building a branch at 22nd and Western.  This project would require the demolition of three buildings.  The Avenue Coffee House was the eastern most building, followed by Hume's Garage.  The Standard Oil filling station on the corner was also demolished.  Sullen and Son's, the white building in the back, was razed in 2004.
