Gambles

Located at 1500 Western, Gambles provided the area with appliances and hardware for years.  Before moving into their new building, the YMCA occupied this building for a short while. In the early 1990’s the Salvation Army had their thrift store in this building. 

 

While the Salvation Army occupied the building, it caught fire.  It was then torn down.
